Coal Tit Capers
I’ve managed to get images of most of the common small birds around, but the Coal Tit was particularly problematic. Trouble is they are so fidgety; they move so fast; don’t stay still for a second. I’ve had several shots of them disappearing off the side of the frame, or a clear shot of their rear end as they turn so quickly.

Monochrome Monday
In the Deep Wood
It’s Saturday. The country park is busy; I get the last parking space. People are not abroad sunning themselves on beaches, or going en-masse to shopping malls: cinemas and sports clubs are shut. But they can come to the parks and many have done so.

Monochrome Monday
Many guys that do this wear black wet suits. Against the sea background they seem almost in mono anyway. Watersport in the high winds

In response to SandyL’s Friendly Friday challenge, and this week the subject is ‘Shadows’.
It’s a great subject choice but I’m amazed how few photographs of shadows I have,……. though there are plenty of shade, and loads of reflections. And what I’ve got here are a bit of a mixed bunch.
