In the market, frying onions to go on the hotdogs. Where was this taken? Well, I think this is a scene that could be taken at any market anywhere in the world, with a some exceptions. All around the planet, there’s folk frying onions.

It’s amazing what you might take photographs of when in lockdown. And once you’ve taken the picture, you have to do something with it.

This red pepper was then used in a superb Spanish recipe – Delicious!

I dreamt I was awake all night,
a tumbling waterfall of thoughts,
Strange environments, late for meetings.
Where did I leave the car?
Why am I shouting at this person?
I dreamt all night I was awake.

And now,
I’m in the kitchen opening the blinds
to the warmth and love of sunshine
….and of toast
